For practices that already own the centrifuge
Emcyte PRP kits for the centrifuge you already run
If your practice already owns an Emcyte centrifuge, you can order kits from PRP Direct on their own. Tell us your centrifuge model, the kit sizes you use, and roughly how many cases you run a month. We confirm the protocol for your machine and send itemized pricing within one business day.
Disclosure
PRP Direct is an Emcyte distributor and has a commercial interest in the products on this page. Kit and centrifuge details below come from Emcyte's own protocol sheets and user guide. We do not publish prices or our own performance figures.
The kits
Each kit is a single-use, closed, sterile disposable for one preparation. The anticoagulant ships inside the kit. Kits are sized by draw volume.

Will the kits run on my centrifuge?
Emcyte kits are validated at specific spin speeds and times, and Emcyte publishes those settings by centrifuge. The protocol sheets we hold cover the Executive, Euro, Platinum, and Sapphire Series. The Sapphire SC-7500 carries stored presets for PurePRP 30 and 60, PureBMC, Progenikine, and AbsolutePRP Gold.
If you run an older or different Emcyte model, tell us the model when you request pricing. We confirm against the manufacturer's documentation before anything ships, and we send you the protocol sheet for your kit and machine. We will not guess.
How ordering works
- Request pricing. Send your centrifuge model, kit sizes, and expected monthly volume. Starting small is fine.
- Get an itemized quote within one business day, from a person, with no account signup.
- Approve and pay by Square invoice. We ship from the United States and send a tracking number.
- Reorder in one step. Returning customers use the reorder form or call: confirm the kit, quantity, and ship-to address.
If you are thinking about a newer centrifuge
Three options: rent a Sapphire by the month through our loaner program, buy one outright, or trade in the centrifuge you run today. Renting and trading in both lower the cost of switching. The centrifuge buyer's guide covers what to compare.
Common questions
Can I buy Emcyte kits without buying a centrifuge from you?
Yes. If you already own an Emcyte centrifuge, you can order kits on their own. Tell us the model so we can confirm the protocol for your machine.
Is the anticoagulant included?
Yes. The anticoagulant ships inside the kit.
Which kit size should I order?
Kits are sized by draw volume: 30, 60, or 120 mL for the PurePRP lines, and 20 mL for AbsolutePRP Gold. Which size fits a case is a clinical decision. We publish what each kit is, not dosing guidance.
Is the PurePRP system FDA cleared?
The PurePRP SupraPhysiologic Concentrating System is 510(k) cleared (BK190317, 2020) as a platelet and plasma separator for bone graft handling. That is a device clearance. It is not a clearance of the prepared PRP to treat any condition, and no PRP therapy is FDA-approved for a specific indication.
