Training and practice support

A box on a shelf does not build a service line. We back every system with hands-on training, technique support, patient-education materials, and research guidance, so your team runs cases with confidence and the service pays. That support is the reason to buy direct.

How we support your practice

Four kinds of help, coordinated by one U.S. team.

Hands-on training

Licensed-physician demonstrations of draw, spin, and delivery on your systems. We walk your clinical team through each protocol until they can run a preparation start to finish on their own.

Protocol and technique support

Guidance on system selection and preparation choices: leukocyte-rich versus poor, single versus double spin, and volume by clinical intent. Straight answers so the setup matches how you actually work.

Marketing and patient education

Patient-facing education, pricing frameworks, and referral materials to help a new service reach the patients who want it. We help you explain the option clearly, without overclaiming.

Research support

Access to the manufacturer document library and third-party PRP-class literature, plus help finding the reference materials behind each system for your own review and clinical education.

How onboarding works

Every practice starts in a different place, so onboarding is handled case by case rather than run through a fixed course. Once you choose a system, we plan the training around your team, your clinical focus, and your schedule.

1. Fit and setup

We start with a short conversation about the procedures you plan to run and the volume you expect. From there we confirm the right system, kit sizes, and centrifuge, and put together pricing so the numbers are clear before anything ships.

2. Hands-on demonstration

A licensed physician walks your clinical team through the full workflow, draw, spin, and delivery, on the system you will actually use. The session is practical and technique-focused, and we stay with it until your staff can run a preparation without a script in front of them.

3. Launch and ongoing support

As you go live, we help with patient-education materials, straightforward pricing frameworks, and reorder logistics so the service builds momentum. When a technique question or a new use case comes up, a real person answers, usually within one business day.

Ask about centrifuge loaner and trade-in options as part of onboarding. Where available, they lower the cost of getting started.
