SuperShot is an add-on process, not a standalone kit. After a standard two-spin PRP preparation on an Emcyte 30 mL or 60 mL kit, a small companion solution is added to the platelet-poor plasma and spun for one additional minute. That spin concentrates a fraction of low-density extracellular vesicles, which is then resuspended into the PRP before injection. It is designed to sit on top of the PRP workflow a practice already runs.
Run your normal PRP preparation. Add the SuperShot companion solution to the platelet-poor plasma, spin one more minute, and combine the concentrated EV fraction back into the final PRP. No new base kit, no new centrifuge, one extra step. The whole add-on runs in about two minutes on top of the standard prep. The process is 100% autologous, using no allogeneic or donor-sourced material.
